Booking InformationOur apartments are let on an inclusive basis, which includes heating and bed-linen. All of our apartments include Satellite TV, DVD player, and free Wi-fi. A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, and sugar, will be ready for your arrival. We have a washing machine available for guests to use, free of charge and you are welcome to use the drying line in the garden. During inclement weather, there is a Tumble Dryer in the utility room, with an honesty box for contributions towards electricity costs. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and we do ask that you bring your own blanket for them to sleep on and please keep them off the beds. We make no charge for pets but ask that you respect our property and future guests and leave the property as you found it. We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge of £50 if the property is not left in an acceptable state. Please note that a 20% deposit is payable with booking and the full fee is payable no later than
4 weeks before arrival. Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer, full payment details are included on our booking form. When booking online payment can be made by credit or debit card. Additional Services
Prices and AvailabilityPrices are charged per apartment, with rates for full weeks, short breaks and individual nights. Our prices range from £50 for a single night at low season, to £570 for a full week in high season in our largest apartment.
